The arrival of our award statuettes for the intrepid poets who completed our marathon in August had to be shared today!
Our poets will soon be receiving a beautiful, 6″ gold statue for their completion of StarkLight Press’s 24 hour Poetry Marathon! Those poets who completed the half marathon of 12 poems will receive the white and silver statuettes, for twelve poems in as many hours is no small feat, either!
All of our poets submitted their works to the anthology celebrating this marathon, which was completed this past August. From the Depths, a StarkLight Poetry Anthology, hits shelves across B.C. later this week, and is released internationally next Thursday. Look for your copy of this beautiful, touching and riveting anthology of poems online today, however, in e-book and print here:
Our StarkLight Bookstore will shortly be updated with our new title, and we will be sure to post pictures of the poets with their shiny star trophies in the next month!
